Rowan has learned how to clap:
Last but not least, the management has made some bedroom adjustments chez McCabe. First, Rowan has moved into a different bedroom, leaving the one that adjoins the "master" to become a music/study/spare bedroom. It is a work in progress, but one that we think will prove very handy.
Second, Fiona has kissed her toddler bed goodbye after a year of faithful service and has upgraded to a twin-size big-girl bed. She loves her Dora sheets (thank you, Aunt Kate) and her pink-and-white-striped duvet (thank you, Aunt Ellen) and at present looks forward to bedtime. She is becoming more like her parents every day -- at least in regard to the part about bedtime.
